Service Description
Zumbot — Calendar Booking Automation — provides meeting scheduling functionality through integration with the Google Calendar API.
Use of the Service
By using the service, the user agrees to:
- use the service lawfully
- provide accurate information
- maintain control over access to their Google account
Google Account Integration
The Service integrates with Google Calendar through Google APIs. By using the Service, you authorize Zumbot to access your Google Calendar data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Zumbot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Payments and Data Ownership
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are charged for access to service functionality only and are not related to the sale, transfer, or monetization of Google user data.
Users retain full ownership of their Google account and Google Calendar data at all times.
Zumbot does not sell, license, or commercially exploit Google user data.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”.
Zumbot is not responsible for:
- temporary interruptions of Google API services
- failures caused by third-party systems
- user actions
Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time by revoking access in their Google Account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
